THE CONTEMPORARY

The Contemporary cottage is an 1860's smartly furnished one bedroom compact studio style cottage located in leafy Nth Adelaide, less than 1.5km from Adelaide CBD and located among some of the finest restaurants, cafes and pubs in North Adelaide. Parklands are located less than 20 meters from the front door, and a gym is located around the corner.

The cottage is fully self-contained and includes a sunny conservatory/kitchen with stainless steel appliances, separate dining and sitting areas, private vine covered courtyard, laundry facilities, reverse cycle heating and airconditioning, TV, DVD and stereo.

Guests are treated to complimentary port, as well as starter kit breakfast provisions. A goodie basket can be requested at an additional cost. A mid week service is available on request for stays of 7 nights or more.

Maximum of 2 adults per stay.

Strictly no smoking, no children and no pets.

Discounted rates for long term stays of 2 months or more.
